My father started the company in 1999, but his story goes back much further. At 19, he began working in agriculture, caring for fruit trees across California's Central Valley. He later spent 10 years at a plant nursery, where he developed a deep knowledge of plants and landscaping that still shapes our work today.
I took over the business in 2015 and have continued growing it into what it is now—a family-run company with a dedicated crew, proudly serving Marin County.
We work on both residential and commercial projects, focusing on quality, durability, and clean, well-thought-out designs.
For us, this work is personal. It's about creating outdoor spaces that people can enjoy for years, while carrying on the values and work ethic that Builtwell was founded on.
